Remote assistance for existing customers

New and improved EasylifeIT™ Remote Assistance

We have been testing a new remote assistance package over the past few weeks, and have now made the decision to change. The new system not only provides improved, secure remote access to your PC or Mac, but also diagnostic information that assists us to resolve your issue the first time, more of the time.

 

Additionally, the new system introduces mobile device support, which we will be rolling out over the coming weeks.

 

In common with the system you are familiar with, we now require you to enter a code below

Please enter the 6-digit code provided by your support representative:      

 

You will be prompted by your browser to download the file Support-LogMeInRescue.exe.

 

Your Security

  • Remote sessions are sometimes recorded for traceability and training purposes.
  • You are in full control of your computer at all times.
  • You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
