Users of the Microsoft Lync 2013 application have the opportunity to update to the official release of Skype for Business 2015.
As far as we can see at this point: most users will notice a revised interface and one or two nice little features such as drag and drop file transfer and improved video conferencing. Integration with the Skype directory is also much improved. A full convergence with Skype it is not … as yet. System administrators however may be happier about this than their users
